Benjamin Kraft
Benjamin has been immersed in the worlds of technology and business since childhood, mastering computers and exhibiting entrepreneurial flair well before adulthood. His early career in finance, bolstered by successful investments in cryptocurrency, paved the way for him to leave his corporate role and engage in his true passion, rescuing lives from abortion. This passion for life culminated in the founding of Life Advancement Group in 2017, when he was just 21 years old. Utilizing innovative strategies, marketing, and technology, he has focused on saving lives ever since. When he’s not in the office working to protect families, he is deeply engaged with his own, relishing time spent in nature and sharing his passion for water and outdoor adventures with his wife and children.

Shawn Zierke
Shawn Zierke is a seasoned nonprofit leader with 20+ years of experience as an Executive Director and board member. As a business consultant since 2016, she specializes in guiding life-affirming organizations through effective governance, strategic planning, grant writing, and fostering collaborations. With an MPH in Public Health - Health Management and Policy and an MBA in Social Entrepreneurship, Shawn brings a robust skill set to tackle nonprofit challenges. She's known for converting a counseling center into a pregnancy help medical clinic in Dubuque, Iowa, and championing ultrasound initiatives nationally. Her personal journey includes raising five children and adopting a baby boy with special needs who underwent a heart transplant in 2021.
